Intercare Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Morgan Hill, California. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and utilize your expertise to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients

- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed by the Physical Therapist

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve mobility and function

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution

- Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Salary Range: Up to $50 per hour
