Location:  Tacoma, WA

Salary Range: $45.04 - $48.01 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekend rotation.

Facility:  skilled nursing facility with 147 beds, located in a residential community in the heart of Tacoma, Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy.
