Registered Nurse - long term care

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with elderly residents and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Monitor residents' health status and document any changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
