Salary Range: $40-$43 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Overview:

 Intercare Recruitment is  seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a vibrant and active senior living community. The facility is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to their  residents. With 400 beds, including a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit, Assisted Living (AL) units, and an Independent Living Facility (ILF), they offer a dynamic and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 400
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
  • Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
  • Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds
• Licensed Buildings: 2 AL buildings, 1 AL/LTC unit, and an AL dementia unit
• ILF: Consists of private homes, cottages, and a condo-type building housing a pool and fitness center
• Community: Active ILF community with off-site trips, sports tournaments, and numerous amenities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents across various units including LTC, AL, and ILF.
• Collaborate with the full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
• Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
• Work closely with a cohesive leadership team, maintaining strong relationships with TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
