Location: Winchester, TN

Salary Range: $101,171 - $136,593

Signing Bonus: Yes

Must-Haves

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. AHA-Basic Life Support

  3. Current and active Nursing Home Administrator license for the State of Tennessee

  4. Previous nursing home leadership required, preferrable a minimum of 3 years.


Nice-To-Haves

  1. Master's degree in the area of health care administration or health concentration


Job Description

Develops and implements Skilled Care goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.

Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.

Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.

Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

Ensures the department stays focused on its important role in the continuum of care.
