Location: Santa Fe, NM
Salary Range: $44.80 - $49.23 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (No weekend rotation)
Facility: Company-owned skilled nursing facility

Overview: 

Intercare Recruitment  seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 400
• Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
• Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
• Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
• Collaborate with the activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
• Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
• Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
