Physical Therapist need in Modesto, CA

Location: 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Modesto, CA

Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• No weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the needs of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize various physical therapy techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve function
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to improve recovery
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
