Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients within the facility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for at-home care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the rehabilitation program.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
