Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families on the therapeutic process and progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all treatment sessions and progress notes.
