As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient health problems and needs, followed by developing and implementing effective nursing care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed reports and records to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Administering medications and monitoring patients for any reactions or side effects.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassion and dedication to patient care.

Pay Scales:

• Associate RN: Starting wage is $28.50 per hour,
• Bachelor RN: Starting wage is $31.00 per hour,
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $1.75 per hour, with the possibility of an extra night shift each week for potential overtime.
