Physical Therpaist Assistant Full Time

Location: Laconia, NH

Salary Range: $28-$30 per hour

Hours: 32-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Overview:

Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a vibrant and active senior living community, the facility is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to its residents.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 400
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
  • Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
  • Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
• Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
• Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
• Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
