Location: Cedar Grove, NJ
Salary Range: $40-$50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Intercare Recruitment  is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist. This large facility, with 122 beds, has an average rating for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to its residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units within the facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments and progress.
• Participate in special events and activities as part of the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
