Salary Range: $26.36-$28.96 per hour (with some flexibility)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 113
• In-House Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.

Qualifications:

• Licensed OT Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
