Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   • The referral program is open to all individuals who are not currently employed by InterAction24.
   • Referrals must be made by filling out the referral form on our website.
   • The referred candidate must not already be in our database, have applied to InterAction24 in the past six months, or be currently engaged with our recruiting process.
2. Referral Submission
   • Referrals must include accurate and complete information about both the referrer and the candidate. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be disregarded.
   • Only one referrer per candidate will be recognized. If multiple referrals for the same candidate are received, the first one submitted will be considered.
3. Referral Process
   • While InterAction24 values and appreciates all referrals, participation in the referral program does not guarantee that the referred candidate will be contacted, interviewed, or hired.
   • The referral program is intended solely as a means for individuals to recommend candidates who may be a good fit for roles within InterAction24.
4. Confidentiality
   • By submitting a referral, you agree not to disclose any information related to the referral process to any third parties.
   • All personal information submitted as part of the referral process will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
5. Compliance with New Jersey Law
   • The referral program is designed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the state of New Jersey.
   • InterAction24 will adhere to New Jersey's wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and any other relevant legal requirements in administering the referral program.
6. Program Modifications and Termination
   • InterAction24 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
   • In the event of termination, any pending referrals that meet the eligibility criteria prior to the termination date will still be honored.
7. Legal Considerations
   • The referral program is void where prohibited by law.
   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.
8. Acceptance of Terms
   • By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
