Intellecruit, LLC Recruiter Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation of recruiters ("Referrers") in the candidate referral program ("Program") provided by Intellecruit, LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Program, Referrers must be registered and approved members of Intellecruit, LLC's recruitment network. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Referral Process: Referrers may refer potential candidates for job positions within the Company's client organizations through the Manatal platform. Referrers must ensure the following steps are completed for a referral to be eligible for commission:
a. Appropriate Job Submission: The referred candidate must be submitted for the specific job position that matches their qualifications and experience. Failure to submit the candidate for the appropriate job will result in the disqualification of the referral from earning a commission.
b. Pre-screening Questions: Referrers must ensure that the referred candidate's pre-screening questions are completed accurately and truthfully on the Manatal platform. Incomplete or inaccurate pre-screening questions will render the referral ineligible for commission.
c. Referrer Identification: Referrers must clearly indicate their name as the referrer when submitting the candidate's details through the Manatal platform.
3. Commission Payment: a. Referrers will be eligible to receive a commission payment only for successful candidate placements made within a specified time frame, as determined by the Company.
b. The commission amount will be determined by the Company and communicated to the Referrers. The Company reserves the right to modify the commission structure at its discretion.
c. Commission payments will be made according to the Company's payment schedule and methods. Referrers are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive their commission.
4. Commission Exclusions: Referrers will not be eligible to receive commissions under the following circumstances:
a. If the referred candidate is not successfully placed in the job position.
b. If the referred candidate's pre-screening questions are incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
c. If the referred candidate is not submitted for the appropriate job position.
d. If the referrer's identification is not clearly indicated when submitting the candidate's details.
5. Prohibition of Deceptive Practices: Referrers must not engage in any deceptive practices, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activities to secure candidate submissions. Commissions will be denied if such practices are detected.
6. Program Changes and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice. Referrers will be notified of any changes to the Program via the Intellecruit, LLC platform or other means determined by the Company.
7. Compliance and Integrity: Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program. Any violation of legal or ethical standards will result in immediate disqualification from the Program, and the Company may pursue legal action if necessary.
8. Confidentiality: Referrers must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through participation in the Program and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
9. Agreement Acceptance: By participating in the Program, Referrers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
This Agreement is effective as of 8-11-23 and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Company may modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. It is the Referrers' responsibility to review these terms regularly.
