UI/UX & Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Creative Designer with 2–4 years of experience who can design high-quality Figma mockups, craft exceptional user experiences, and create engaging social media creatives across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strong balance between product design thinking and marketing creativity.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Product Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma

• Design modern, user-centric web and mobile interfaces

• Translate client requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions

• Improve usability and optimize user journeys

• Maintain design systems and style guides

• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth implementation

• Conduct competitor and UX research when required

Branding & Social Media Design

• Design engaging posts and creatives for:

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

• Create carousel posts, ad creatives, banners, and promotional visuals

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

• Design marketing assets such as landing pages, email banners, brochures, and pitch decks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications

• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Experience creating social media creatives

• Basic understanding of branding and marketing design

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Canva animations, etc.)

• Understanding of conversion-focused design

• Experience working with development teams (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow preferred)
