Job Description

  • Sales: Actively pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, builders, and designers. 
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your cabinet-making expertise to educate customers on product specifications, features, and benefits. 
  • Client Consultations: Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, provide design consultations, and suggest tailored cabinetry solutions. 
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity in pricing and delivery timelines. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products. 
  • Networking: Attend trade shows, industry events, and local networking opportunities to promote our cabinetry services and expand your client base.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 Years experience in cabinet making and SALES preferably in a similar role. Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinetry materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients. 
  • Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. 
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and meet sales targets. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools is a plus.
  • Valid Drivers License: Willingness to travel within the designated region for client meetings and site visits.
