We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Expert with 3–4 years of proven experience who can drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and build strong digital visibility for our business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ranking websites in competitive markets such as the USA, deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, modern search engine strategies, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize websites for On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO best practices.
  • Create, analyze, and optimize SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
  • Implement Semantic SEO strategies by optimizing content around search intent, topical authority, entity relationships, content hierarchy, and topic clusters.
  • Optimize content and digital assets for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
  • Conduct complete technical SEO audits including crawl issues, indexing errors, schema implementation, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and site speed optimization.
  • Build and execute high-quality backlink strategies to improve authority and rankings.
  • Manage and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking, conversion tracking, and analytics implementation.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Keywor Planner and similar SEO tools.
  • Track keyword performance, traffic growth, and conversion metrics to continuously improve SEO strategy.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO improvements across digital assets.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, evolving search trends, and modern search engine optimization best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Semantic SEO, topic clustering, search intent optimization, and topical authority building.
  • Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and optimization strategies for modern AI-driven search engines and answer engines.
  • Strong ability to analyze, create, and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks well on search engines.
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and implementation.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console and Related SEO tools.
  • Proven experience in ranking websites in the USA market or other highly competitive international markets.
  • Strong understanding of link-building strategies and authority building.
  • Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, website architecture, and crawl optimization.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be experienced in Tech field.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing websites they have ranked successfully.
  • Must be able to demonstrate previous SEO success stories and ranking improvements.
  • Experience working on international SEO campaigns, especially USA-based websites, will be highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable SEO growth results.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
