Job Openings People Success Manager

About the job People Success Manager

At Integriti, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We have built a culture we are genuinely proud of, one rooted in trust, respect, and support and we are looking for someone who can not only preserve that culture but elevate it as we grow. This is a role for someone who sees HR not as administration, but as an opportunity to make every person's experience at work a little better, every single day.

About the Role

We are hiring a People Success Manager to be the heartbeat of our employee experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our people, a trusted, empathetic presence who listens, advocates, and solves problems, while also owning the operational backbone of HR: contractor administration (including our Canada-based contractor workforce), benefits, and day-to-day people operations.

This role is equal parts heart and execution, you need to genuinely care about people and be excellent at the details that keep an organization running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Be a visible, approachable, and trusted presence that employees feel comfortable coming to with questions, concerns, or feedback.
  • Protect and elevate our existing culture, proactively identify what's working, what could be better, and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen team morale and engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, surfacing concerns constructively and helping resolve them before they become bigger issues.
  • Plan and drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and moments that make people feel valued.

People Operations & Administration

  • Own day-to-day HR administration — onboarding/offboarding, documentation, HR systems/records, and ensuring everything runs accurately and on time.
  • Manage the administration and lifecycle of our contractor workforce in Canada, ensuring compliance with relevant employment standards and contractor classification requirements.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready employee/contractor records and processes.

Benefits & Advocacy

  • Own benefits administration end-to-end — enrollment, changes, renewals, and vendor coordination.
  • Be a strong advocate for employees' benefits questions and needs, ensuring they fully understand and can access what's available to them.
  • Continuously evaluate whether our benefits offering is competitive and recommend improvements.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee questions and concerns with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Support managers with guidance on people-related situations — performance concerns, conflict resolution, policy questions.
  • Ensure HR practices are fair, consistent, and compliant with applicable employment law (Canada-specific knowledge is a strong plus given our contractor base).

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of HR/People Operations experience, ideally including exposure to contractor management (Canada experience a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels — people naturally feel comfortable coming to you.
  • Strong administrative rigor — you're detail-oriented and reliable with process, documentation, and compliance.
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to have hard conversations with warmth and clarity.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • A genuine passion for culture-building — you have real examples of initiatives you've driven, not just participated in.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
  • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and independent contractor classification.
  • HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration tools.

What Success Looks Like

  • Employees consistently describe you as approachable, fair, and genuinely helpful.
  • HR administration and contractor compliance run smoothly with no gaps or surprises.
  • Benefits questions get resolved quickly and employees feel well taken care of.
  • Culture initiatives you lead have visible, positive impact on engagement and morale.
