What you'll do:
As part of the SME Lead Generation Call Centre Services team, you will generate qualified SME leads through outbound calling, set and confirm appointments for Business Development Managers, provide consistent reporting and insights to support sales governance, and ensure a professional, compliant, and brand-aligned customer experience.
Key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Outbound Campaigns
- Execute structured outbound calls to SME prospects.
- Work on provided data lists and/or validate/append lists via approved
sources. - Deliver a minimum number of daily calls per agent (to be proposed by tenderers).
- Lead Qualification
- Assess leads against agreed SME criteria (e.g., business size, service requirements,
contract renewal cycle, decision-maker identified). - Capture essential customer data (contact details, current provider, service needs,
renewal date).

- Appointment Setting
- Book qualified appointments for the BDM team.
- Confirm all appointments with prospects to ensure attendance.
- Reporting & Insights
- Provide weekly performance reports including call volumes, conversion rates, leads
generated, and appointments set. - Supply insights and trends to improve targeting and conversion.
- Reporting must be in formats compatible with sales governance
framework.

- Ensure all customer interactions meet privacy, data protection, and telemarketing

- Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the company.

Successful candidates must have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation or appointment-setting targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and lead management tools.
- High attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting abilities.
- Professional phone manner and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of telemarketing compliance and data protection regulations is an advantage.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
