What you'll do:
As a Risk Adviser, you will provide proactive risk advice and efficient insurance solutions for MicroSME clients (sole traders & companies to ~20 staff or sub$5m turnover). You will combine advisory conversations with fast, compliant placement of standard packaged products, ensuring client understand their exposures and coverage options while meeting service SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Advice & Client Engagement
- Conduct structured risk conversations to identify exposures and recommend suitable cover within Omnisures product list.
- Explain policy features, exclusions, and obligations in plain language; document advice and rationale.
- Quoting & Placement
- Use insurer portals and schemes to deliver quick, competitive quotes; compare terms and explain differences to clients.
- Manage renewals proactively; remarket when required and document stay vs. move decisions.
- Growth & CrossSell
- Identify additional risk needs (e.g., Cyber, Management Liability, PI) and recommend solutions.
- Achieve conversion and retention targets while maintaining compliance.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping
- Meet AFSL obligations: bestinterest duty, advice documentation, disclosure, DDO/TMD checks.
- Maintain complete file notes and advice records in CRM/broking system.
- Data & Reporting
- Keep CRM accurate; produce pipeline and renewal reports; support QA audits.
Successful candidates must have:
- 1-3+ years experience in SME/Micro-SME insurance broking
- RG146 Tier 1 General Insurance Broking (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
- ANZIIF CIP preferred
- Strong communication, advisory, and documentation skills
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: Remote Set-Up
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
