What you'll do:

The role of the Accountant is to provide support to the Finance team in a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The Accountant will support the finance team through processing accounts payable and credit card transactions in Netsuite and providing higher level preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, P&L Reviews and financial reporting on a monthly basis.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Reconcile bank transactions on a weekly basis
  • Monitor Accounts inboxes (AU, LLC & Ground Nurse) & assist in invoice entry, CC transaction entry, expense reimbursements & statement reconciliations.
  • Finance bill approvals in conjunction with Accounts Administrator & Finance Director.
  • Preparation and review of the balance sheet reconciliations
  • Co-ordinate Quarterly reporting to external accountants
  • Month end tasks such as monthly accruals, raising of intercompany recharge invoices, clearing of outstanding intercompany balances etc.
  • Actively monitor the P&L for three entities to ensure completeness and identify & escalate anomalies to budgets.
  • Compile monthly finance pack for reporting to Senior Leadership Team

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years relevant accounting experience, with exposure to reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design reporting solutions using online resources.
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and intercompany accounting.
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and resilience during peak workloads.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ownership of tasks.
  • Effective communicator (both written and verbal).
  • Adaptable, innovative, and open to continuous improvement.
  • Consistently aligns with company values and Growth by Sharing (GBS) program.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
