What you'll do:

As an Automation Tester, you will be an integral part of our growing team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong test automation skills, proficiency in Playwright or similar tools, and familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines. Experience in testing cloud-based applications, such as Azure App Services or Function Apps, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Implement end-to-end testing using tools like Playwright, ensuring robust coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Test cloud-based applications deployed on Azure App Services and Function Apps.
• Analyse and document test results, and work with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and implement improvements to the automation testing process.
• Ensure test environments are up-to-date and reflective of production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in test automation.

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Has at leat 2 - 4 of related working experience.
• Proven experience in automated testing with tools like Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and design principles.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing cloud-based applications, including Azure App Services and Function Apps.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with functional programming principles in test automation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for setting up test environments.
• Experience working in FinTech or on Open Banking solutions.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Understanding of security testing best practices.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
