What you'll do:

As a Net Zero Payback Consultant, you'll work directly with prospective, new and existing clients (other businesses) to help them calculate, understand, reduce, offset and report on their carbon footprint. Our USP is our focus to drive commercial value for clients by helping them showcase their sustainability activity to attract and retain clients to grow their business and margin while identifying operational efficiencies to help them reduce costs and their carbon footprint. In short, our aim is to make our clients more profitable, not just greener - that's why Payback is so important in the job title.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Business development: you'll demo our service regularly to prospective clients, nurturing relationships and pipeline to close deals and building value
• Consulting: you'll help clients calculate their carbon footprints, write reduction recommendation reports, verify clients calculated footprints and help drive commercial value by unlocking our marketing assets and solutions
• Market Knowledge: constantly develop your knowledge and network in the sustainability space to stay on top of this fast-evolving sector
• Tools and data: you'll be regularly helping ensure all our tools, templates and data are up to date and fit for purpose
• Offset investments: you'll help select projects to enable our clients to purchase voluntary carbon offsets and fund the planting of trees and plastic waste
• Create support articles: for our members to educate and drive action
• Be the go to: for all things Net Zero and Sustainability

Successful candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Degree in sustainability, climate change, or net zero transition
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol & SBTi methodologies
• Preferably experienced in carbon footprint calculations
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Eager to learn and help others grow
• Resilient and adaptable in a start-up environment
• Action-oriented with a focus on execution and iteration
• Passionate about the mission and purpose
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile setting
• Skilled in remote collaboration

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (Midshift)
• Work Setup: Work Onsite
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
