What you'll do:

As an Inside Sales Support, it is critical in assisting the inside sales team in a fast-paced, reactive environment. This position involves clear communication and collaboration with customer-focused sales representatives to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and managing tasks, providing accurate and timely support, participating in customer virtual meetings, taking and compiling notes, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer folders. The role also involves coordinating tasks with internal teams such as Projects, Supply Chain, and Design/Drawings, as well as supporting the Inside Sales Team Manager by collating data and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support the Shelter Specialists through preparation and delivery of onsite discussions, project discovery, design and presentations, by carefully mapping customer requirements to effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to produce costing, drawings and proposals, which will serve as the foundation of an effective customer delivery, installation and experience
  • Communicate with the customer on behalf of the Shelter Specialist as required i.e. to collect or check information.
  • Arrange customer and internal meetings as needed, plus setup, facilitate and record these meetings
  • Correctly communicate field sketches and job information to the design and drawings team in meetings and when required.
  • Ensure that all Proposals are accurate and professionally presented in a timely manner.
  • Work with our Commercial and Operations teams to ensure contractual requirements are identified and reviewed.
  • Assist with keeping the CRM up to date for sales consultants Contacts, Customers, Enquiries, Opportunities, Activities and Tasks
  • Report up to manager and ask for feedback in regular 1 on 1 meetings

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least 3 to 5 years experience with administrative tasks with tech sales; Managerial role experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office Suite, and Excel
  • Knowledgeable with HubSpot and other CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Relationship-building skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure

Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Work Set-up: Onsite Set-up

Office Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
