What you'll do:
As a Workforce Scheduler, your role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services and programs to support our participants to meet their goals by focusing on the persons strengths, choices and desires.
Your role is to provide services that are unique and flexible, providing results that are more efficient, reliable and dedicated to improving the Quality of Life of each individual.
You will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the rostering process whilst ensuring compliance with legislative and Award requirements.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Service Delivery
- Promote person-centred care principles (e.g., dignity, normalization, independence).
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators to create and maintain efficient rosters.
- Ensure roster alignment with SCHADS Award and budget constraints.
- Assign staff based on skills matched to participants needs.
- Manage changes in staffing and client needs, including filling in for sick or absent staff.
- Maintain up-to-date participant files, service agreements, and NDIS schedules.
- Monitor and report incidents of abuse, neglect, or duty of care concerns.
- Ensure quality, individualized support that reflects NDIS plans and goals.
- Foster effective communication between staff and participants.
- Oversee medication administration, personal care, home environment support, and skill development for participants.
- Handle complaints and ensure compliance with the company policies.
- People Management
- Identify staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment and performance management.
- Support staff development and resource availability.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance appraisals.
- Create a positive, ethical, and harassment-free workplace.
- Promote collaboration across the programs.
- Address grievances in coordination with HR.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to improve services and expand the Community Living Program.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist in client intake and onboarding processes.
- Financial Management
- Create service quotes aligned with participant funding and support needs.
- Ensure services align with budgets and agreements.
- Submit fortnightly billing reports to accounts.
Successful candidates must have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in roster coordination or a similar administrative/support role.
- Familiarity with NDIS processes, funding schedules, and person-centred support principles.
- Familiarity in using MYP CRM or similar client management systems, is a PLUS.
- Experience working with Australian-based companies, particularly in the disability, aged care, or community services sector, is a PLUS.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
