What you'll do:

The focus of this role is to create and manage high-quality Web 2.0 backlinks to support our SEO campaigns. As a Link Building Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' search engine rankings by implementing effective link-building strategies utilizing Web 2.0 platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for SEO who wants to specialize in this niche area.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Web 2.0 Backlink Creation & Management:
  • Develop and optimize profiles, blogs, and content on web 2.0 platforms to enhance link-building efforts.
• Content Coordination:
  • Work with AI-powered tools to generate high-quality, keyword-optimized content while ensuring uniqueness and SEO effectiveness.
• Customisation & Credibility:
  • Tailor profiles, themes, and templates to establish credibility and authority for each backlinking property.
• Research & Strategy:
  • Identify niche-relevant platforms and opportunities to create effective backlinks that align with SEO goals.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track backlink performance, indexing status, and ensure all backlinks remain active, relevant, and compliant with search engine guidelines.
• SEO Best Practices:
  • Ensure all link-building activities follow ethical SEO standards to avoid penalties and maximize long-term effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Growth:
  • Work closely with the SEO team to gain broader insights into search engine optimization, tools, and strategies.

Successful candidates must have:

• Proven experience in SEO and link-building strategy (3+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Web 2.0 backlink development and off-page SEO.
• Deep understanding of Googles link guidelines and ethical SEO practices.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation while maintaining originality and quality.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
• Passion for SEO growth, leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms is highly preferred.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement - 2days office - 3 days WFH
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
