What you'll do:

As a Junior Software Developer, will report to the Senior Software Developer and build workflows and process client data while maintaining involvement with all phases of the job cycle.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Software development and maintenance including:
  • Daily processing of Work Orders. (50%)
  • Front End Document Composition and Workflow creation using Quadient. (30%)
  • Managing and applying triage to new support tickets. (30%)
• Determine operational feasibility by analysing and evaluating client data and job briefs.
• Provide advice on solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and install workflow solutions that allow for work to be done on an ongoing basis by other departments.
• Prepare and update documentation (as required) on workflows and business rules.
• Application development and core implementation.
• Other required implementations (e.g. installation, configuration, customisation, integration, data migration).
• Prepare and update documentation (as required) on workflows and business rules.

Successful candidates must have:

• At least 3 - 5 years of development experience in AWS, Laravel JAVA, PHP or Python.
• Well adept in writing, reading, interpreting and implementing different Coding Languages.
• Experience writing object-oriented software
• A desire to learn current and new skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and support skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

Exceptional applicants may have:

• Experience with database management systems
• Experience with AWS.
• A Bachelor of Information Technology (focused on software development).
• Experience with Document Composition Software (Thunderhead, PlanetPress, Quadient).
