What you'll do:

As a Legal Admin Assistant, you will have hands-on experience in insurance claims or litigation, either in a claims setting or as a paralegal. We are looking for someone with strong business development skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client relationships. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, providing a variety of challenging and rewarding experiences within a supportive and close-knit team.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage litigation files from start to finish with supervision, focusing on both commercial and insurance matters.
  • Handle telephone and general client inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and lawyers.
  • Perform file management and general administrative tasks, including managing diary, emails, and tasks efficiently.
  • Draft and review legal documents accurately.
  • Prepare briefs to barristers, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are compiled and presented correctly.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to help expand the firms client base.

Successful candidates should have:

  • At least 3 years experience in insurance claims or Litigation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and exceptional client service.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Empathetic, confident, and personable with a genuine interest in commercial and insurance litigation.
  • Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technology-savvy.
  • Interest in developing and refining systems and processes within the practice.
  • Must have strong Excel skills.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
