What you'll do:

As a talented Digital Marketing Content Creator, you'll play a key role in developing compelling content and driving our online growth.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Content Creation:
    • Design and produce visually appealing content for email campaigns, social media, website banners, and ads using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, and other graphic design tools.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and optimise email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, YouTube Content and Google Ads (AdWords) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Shopify Management:
    • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to update and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring product listings and promotional content align with marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Calendar Implementation:
    • Execute marketing campaigns in line with the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and consistency across channels.
    • Own the execution and management of deadlines and approvals.
    • Proven Strong written English Skills
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, and provide actionable insights.
  • Organisational Support:
    • Maintain an organised workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and smooth project execution.

Successful candidates must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Proven track record in English content writing, grammar, persuasion writing and instructional content. Long and short copy.
  • Proficient in Google Ads (AdWords), Canva, Klaviyo, Adobe Photoshop, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience working with Shopify, including product uploads and campaign integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Adwords and TikTok Ads, delivering campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to conceptualise and execute engaging visual content.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborative attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to pivot and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift; 6:00 AM -3:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Work Set-up: Work-Onsite arrangement

Office Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
