What you'll do:

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing SEO strategies for our clients. This role will be responsible for working through the SEO strategy deliverables for a portfolio of clients, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, technical SEO and performance reporting and insights. This role will be hands-on, working alongside the SEO Performance Manager to ensure SEO projects are fulfilled in the timelines agreed and that they meet expected standards.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Create and refine SEO strategies for clients. This will include initial SEO audits of websites, and keyword research.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, including declines in traffic or keyword rankings.
  • Complete technical and on-page SEO including but not limited to - meta description and title optimisation, copy uploads, robot updates and page speed optimisations.
  • Complete local SEO optimisation including GMB setup, contact page optimization etc.
  • Ask why? - is the strategy working for the client? Is performance increasing? Should we be prioritising other projects? Why is something working well? Not well?
  • Communicate the technical and complex in a way that your Mum can understand this includes performance analysis and metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Copy, Design, Social and Google Media to ensure cohesive approaches to client performance.
  • Stay up to date with SEO changes and industry trends to ensure innovation, optimisation, and training is up to date.

Successful candidates should have:

  • 5+ years in creating and executing SEO strategies. Experience working across multiple industries and clients is preferable.
  • Expertise in SEO tools including but not limited to audit tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Basic to intermediate abilities in website CMS including Wordpress, Shopify, WIX etc.
  • Proven experience creating, understanding and communicating complex reporting and Insights Excellent communication and presentation skills - can take the technical and make it simple.
  • Experience across other digital marketing channels (AdWords, Social Media, Google Tag Manager, GA4) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness for a work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
