Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage Claims Inbox:
    • Register incoming invoices in Jobpac.
    • Address creditor-related requests from the project team regarding Jobpac transactions.
    • Escalate relevant emails to the appropriate Finance and Project teams for further action.
    • Follow up with project teams to ensure timely processing of pending invoices in Jobpac.
  • Monitor Project Trust Accounts:
    • Review and verify posted claims related to Project Trust Account projects.
  • Manage Accounts Inbox:
    • Respond to creditor phone calls, providing information or scheduling follow-up if the payment date is confirmed.
    • Review all voicemail messages and redirect them to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable, claims management, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using financial systems or accounting software (e.g., Jobpac or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with project trust accounts and claims processing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address inquiries and collaborate with various teams.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle creditor interactions professionally.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in following up on pending tasks.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
