About you:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to engage regularly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service. At DMC Sport, we value team input and encourage everyone to contribute to our operations, processes, and strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Existing Clients
- Understand the overall objectives for each client and program.
- Support Account Manager/s in executing contractual obligations for each client and program.
- Ability to respond to client specific queries.
- Provide customer service (supporting the Customer Services Team), including managing email, phone and live chat enquiries.
- Understand reporting requirements for each client and prepare reports as required
Inventory Management
- Manage (and troubleshoot where necessary) 3PL suppliers to ensure all customer deliveries are received as ordered and entered correctly into all systems
- Responsible for inventory accuracy in system and 3PL systems.
- Overseeing internal inventory movement
- Support Account Manager/s in product order processes (POs, creating SKUs, box labels)
Online Stores and Systems
- Maintain product catalogues of all existing online stores - including, but not limited to Shopify.
- Support the Account Manager in maintaining online stores with appropriate imagery, product descriptions, client branding, additional pages and user experiences
- Have a thorough understanding of the back end and integrations of all online systems utilised (and external stakeholders/clients)
- Processing manual orders and adhoc requests for clients
Reporting
- Produce and send Royalty Reports to clients monthly / as per contractual obligations
- Produce and send Sales Reports to clients monthly / as per contractual obligations
- Produce produce "End-of-Month" (EOM) reporting and invoicing to clients / as per contractual obligations
- Ensure necessary reports to clients are on time and accurate
Others
- Work with the team to identify procedures or initiatives that create efficiencies and best work practices
- Maintain Dropbox/CRMs to ensure all information is stored for team access
- Manage email inboxes of relevant clients/3PL enquiries
- Build relationships with day-to-day contacts at relevant clients
- Build relationships with all external suppliers and contractors
- Form successful working relationships with all DMC Sport team members
- Represent DMC Sport at events as required
- Support the team commitment to its values, missions and policies.

Tech Proficiency Required:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Xero or similar
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of Shopify and inventory management tools
- Comfortable with digital communication platforms
Work Schedule: Morning Shift; 6:00 AM -3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Work Set-up: Work-Onsite arrangement
Office Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
