What you'll do:

The Human Resource Associate is primarily responsible for ensuring our culture is aligned to our mission and vision while helping our business remain compliant with several government entities. You will also be responsible for ensuring our Team Members' needs are addressed and may serve as first level escalation.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Strong knowledge in different facets of Human Resources mainly: Employee relations, Benefits, Records Management and Payroll including its concept, practices and procedures related to the discipline of the organization;
  • Acts as liaison between Team Members and Management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations;
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR Activities such as regularization and performance evaluations;
  • Facilitate inductions and onboarding process for new hires;
  • Employee data management including input, audit and maintenance;
  • Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs;
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering date;
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;
  • Monitor attendance, leave, tardiness and issue DPM when necessary;
  • Organize and facilitate company events;
  • Perform administrative task such as monitoring supplies and equipment;
  • Administer member's compensation, benefits SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF;
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to Management Team on Human Resources Operations: Issues, Ongoing, Plans, Budget, etc.
  • Other Ad Hoc tasks.

Successful candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in Human Resources field.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Strong background of HR Functions: Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Employee Management, Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Has a working background with Sprout is advantage
  • Willing to work on-site at our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
