What you'll do:

We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist with expertise in tracking and tagging conversions for digital advertising campaigns. This role focuses on implementing, managing, and optimising tracking strategies to measure campaign performance accurately, ensuring actionable insights for marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and implement tracking strategies for digital campaigns using tools like Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Configure and manage tagging for conversions across multiple ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Performance Specialists and Digital Managers regarding insights and trends

Successful candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital analytics, specifically conversion tracking and tagging.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel implementation.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Experience across other digital marketing channels (Google Media, SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness for a work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
