What you'll do:

As a Infrastructure and CyberSecurity Operations Engineer, your role is responsible for the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and support of network and security operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems for our clients.

Your role is to apply your strong networking and Azure expertise to deliver solutions that are proactive, resilient, and aligned with customer needs, while acting as a trusted technical resource during customer engagements and discussions. You will focus on improving security posture, operational efficiency, and service reliability through hands-on expertise and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support and optimise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across compute, identity, networking, and endpoint systems.
• Monitor and remediate alerts from EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability tools.
• Manage security tools including TrendMicro EDR, Huntress, NodeZero, and KnowBe4.
• Implement and maintain security controls across cloud, servers, and endpoints.
• Attend customer meetings as a technical SME.
• Provide clear, business-focused technical recommendations.
• Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security projects.

Successful candidates must have:

• 4+ years experience in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Azure certifications or equivalent experience (mandatory).
• Strong experience with Azure AD/Entra, Azure networking, M365, Windows Server, and endpoint management.
• Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, and switching.
• Hands-on security operations experience (EDR, incident response, vulnerability management).
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• MSP experience.
• Knowledge of Essential Eight, ISO27001, or NIST CSF.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC operations or penetration testing outputs.
• PowerShell scripting or automation.
• Additional certifications such as Security+, CySA+, AZ-140, or MS-102.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
