What you'll do:

As an Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for working with well-known brands and clients in order to build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across different social and digital marketing automation platforms. 

Working closely with the client Marketing team members, as well as key internal resources and external partners, the Campaign Manager's primary responsibilities will be to create, execute and optimize multi-faceted campaigns in email marketing. 

Managing campaign execution across various digital channels, delivering high-impact email and SMS campaigns on time and with flawless execution. Using insights and customer intelligence, the Campaign Managers will execute end-to-end programs and deliver remarkable results.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Building, deploying and reporting on email campaigns.
  • Manage the planning, execution, ongoing reporting, quality control, approvals and optimization of email campaigns (manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real-time targeting recommendations) including design and implementation test plans (A/B and multivariate).
  • Own all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Report campaign results regularly and provides recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide enablement to clients on using campaign platforms.

 Successful candidates must have:

  • With at least 2 years of direct digital marketing experience, including experience in using Exact Target / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketo / Acoustic / Braze or advanced knowledge on other email platforms.
  • Experience planning, delivering, and executing, email campaigns.
  • HTML5/CSS and JavaScript preferred.
  • Experience providing insights and campaign optimizations/recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with an internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
