What you'll do:
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers managing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing product support with accuracy and care. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to a high-performing customer experience.
Key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Manage end-to-end customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems, and chat, including providing product availability, pricing, and preparing quotations.
- Support the sales process by coordinating with customers and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
- Provide first-tier technical support for products, services, and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Consistently maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Successful candidates must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics (or an equivalent technical discipline).
- Exceptional attention to detail with data entry accuracy of 98% or higher.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, and/or technical support is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills;
- Experience with Salesforce, JDE, eStore chat, and AI tools is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness for continuous self-learning to keep up with evolving technologies and processes.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
