What you'll do:
As an Email Specialist / Customer Journey Developer, you will be responsible for working with well-known brands and clients to build, deploy, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Acoustic, Braze, and Vision6.
This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to code and build emails from scratch. Working closely with client marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, the Email Specialist / Customer Journey Developer's primary responsibility is to create, execute and optimise multi-channel customer communications and marketing journeys. Managing campaign execution across email, SMS and other digital channels, you will deliver high-impact campaigns on time and with flawless execution.
Using customer insights and data-driven intelligence, the Email Specialist / Customer Journey Developer will execute end-to-end programs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Build, deploy and report on email, SMS and customer journey campaigns across platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze and Vision6.
- Manage campaign planning, execution, ongoing reporting, quality assurance, approvals
- and optimisation activities.
- Design and implement testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Configure, execute and optimise automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and triggered communications.
- Own all aspects of campaign trafficking, optimisation and troubleshooting, with a sustained focus on efficiency, scalability and best practice.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics dashboards and provide real-time targeting, segmentation and optimisation recommendations.
- Report campaign results regularly and present insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide platform enablement, training and support to clients using campaign management and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with data, strategy, creative and technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
Successful candidates must have:
- 2+ years of direct digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Braze or other enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Experience planning, building, delivering and optimising email, SMS and customer journey campaigns.
- Experience configuring automated and triggered customer journeys within marketing
- automation platforms.
- Strong HTML5, CSS and JavaScript skills, with the ability to build emails from scratch.
- Experience providing campaign insights, analysis and optimisation recommendations.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional
- attention to detail.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL and customer data platforms (CDPs) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with JSON, API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and data exchange processes is highly desirable.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and data integrations used within marketing technology ecosystems.
- Support the integration of marketing platforms with CRM, CDP, and other customer data sources through APIs and data feeds.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer, will be highly regarded.

- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: Hybrid Set-Up (2x Office - 3x WFH)
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
