What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide essential support and communication, processing orders, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Process stock orders from a single warehouse location, received via Sales inbox, phone orders, and Account Managers.
- Manage recurring monthly stock orders.
- Handle ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) requests with Suppliers.
- Complete weekly Sales Representative pricing updates.
- Coordinate Schedule 3 label re‑orders.
- Process stock orders from multiple warehouse locations.
- Manage custom Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) reorders for Suppliers.
- Prepare quotes for COD stock and custom orders.
Successful candidates must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Pronto Software (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer‑focused, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
