Position: Site Manager

Location: Liverpool and Castleford

Duration: 3-4 months

Pay Rate: £25.00-30.00/hr PAYE + lodge allowance

The Role:

Due to recent project wins, our client is looking to recruit an additional Site Manager to manage mechanical maintenance and installation projects. The work will initially be in Liverpool working nights shifts for 3 weeks, then will transfer to Castleford for a further 12 weeks on day shifts. The role will involve planning, coordinating and managing mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and in line with health, safety and quality guidelines. Duties will include:

- Managing all aspects of the CDM programme on site

- Delivering the project within timescales and budget

- Responsibility for permits and RAMS

- Ensuring work is delivered within health and safety guidelines

- Effectively communicating with client and internal stakeholders

- Resolving any issues quickly and effective

- Attending and running site meetings

- Managing site inductions

- Resolving any issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

- SMSTS

- First Aid certificate

- CSCS Black Site Manager card

- Experience of managing mechanical installation projects

- Excellent communication, organisation, planning, problem solving and team work skills
