Position: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Norwich

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 3-4 weeks

Hours: Approx 70hrs/week, Mon-Sun

Shifts: 12 on 2 off

PAYE Pay Rates:

£21.96/hr + £2.64/hr Hol Pay = £24.60/hr

O/T 1 - £30.74 per hour

O/T 2 - £35.14 per hour

£0.80/hr Bonus

£1.00/hr Cost of Living Bonus

£43.27/day lodge allowance

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for a large industrial site in Norwich. The role will include being responsible for scheduling and executing electrical and safety critical work and duties will include:

  • Leading and supervising on site and actively supporting the electrical technicians to ensure that the installation and maintenance work is executed in a safe, efficient and timely manner giving due regard to quality of work done.
  • Delegating work accordingly and managing the workload and output.
  • Ensuring necessary preparation for relevant scheduled activities and raising relevant work permits in a timely manner.
  • Completing verification assurance and maintenance routines and maintain quality records.
  • Maintaining accurate and appropriate records and ensuring that the data is entered into the appropriate information management systems.
  • Ensuring that adequate stocks of equipment and materials are maintained.
  • Liaising and meeting with other departments and Project Managers
  • Ensuring a full and comprehensive handover detailing all relevant details in accordance with procedures.

Requirements:

  • CCNSG card
  • SSSTS certificate
  • City and Guilds / NVQ 3 / Apprenticeship
  • AM2
  • COMPEX
  • Ability to supervise work activities
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of HSSE safe working practises, procedures and their implementation
  • Ability to supervise efficient use of resources
  • Ability to maintain record keeping systems
  • Safe working commitment to safe working practices ensuring that all workscopes are completed in a safe manner at all times.
  • Ability to deliver quality toolbox talks
