Position: Plater

Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 4-5 weeks

Hours: Approx 10hrs/day, Mon-Sun

Pay Rates: 

Standard Rate £18.64 + Holiday Pay

O/T 1 - £26.10 per hour

O/T 2 - £33.55/hr 

Bonus - £2 + per hour

Lodge Allowance - £42.21 per day

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Platers for a large power station maintenance project near Bedford. Duties will include:

- Using burning equipment to remove sections of plate

- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate

- Repairing heat distorted steel plate

- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs

- Tack welding

Requirements:

CCNSG card

NVQ 3 or equivalent trade qualification

Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
