Position: 10 x Coded Welders - 135 (MAG) & 141 (TIG)

Location: Bury

Duration: 12 months

PAYE Direct Rates:

Monday - Friday | 1st 37.5 Hours | £20.97 + £2.53 holiday pay = £23.50 per hour

Monday - Sunday | Over 37.5 Hours | £26.78 + £3.23 = £30 per hour

Lodge Allowance | £60.00 per day

The Role:

Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel components, with thicknesses ranging up to 5mm.

  • Execute welding duties for all product types (folded and welded) in accordance with established welding procedures.
  • Carry out weld repair activities, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and internal specifications.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant welding standards and best practices.
  • Support sheet metal workers during tacking tasks and assist in the smooth manufacture of components.
  • Assist with basic fabrication tasks as needed to support production requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) practices and legal regulations.

    • Requirements:

    • Experience in 135 & 141 welding (Weld Tests available)
    • CSCS Card or CCNSG
