PAYE Direct Rate: £22.00 per hour + Accommodation Allowance

Term: 12 Weeks

The Client:

One of the UKs largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

The Role:

Working on a residential apartment block, the ideal candidate will have a background in Pipefitting, completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas.

Prior experience working with the below is essential:

• Drilling 40mm holes through existing walls
• Fit timber batons for incasement
• Fix pipe supports and pipework
• Air test pipe and fit insulation
• Fit incasement covers

Required Experience:

• Fitting Crimp-fit Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
• Thermal Pipework Insulation Kingspan Kooltherm
• Pipework Cladding Aluminium Sheet Cladding

All Person Must Have:

• Pipe Fitting Background
• CSCS with trade
