Position: Plater Welder

Location: Hope cement, Derbyshire 

Hours: 10hr shifts, Mon-Sun (will usually work approx 9 hrs Mon-Fri, 6 hrs Sat-Sun)

Start Date: 18.09.23

Duration: 2 weeks

PAYE Pay Rate:

- £1600/week Gross

- £18.72/hr, Mon-Sun, All hrs (£16.71 + £2.01 Holiday Pay = £18.72/hr total)

- £43.27/day lodge allowance (not taxed)

Weekly Gross and Net Pay:

- Based on 70hrs/week paid: £1310/week Gross + £302.89/week lodge allowance = approx £1230/week Net paid inc lodge allowance

The Role:

Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Plater Welders on behalf of our client for a cement plant outage in Derbyshire. The work will involve plate repairs and welding on existing steel plate and channel. Duties will include:

- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate

- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate

- Repairing heat distorted steel plate

- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs

- MMA welding on mild steel plate

- Assisting mechanical trades

Requirements:

- CCNSG card

- Experience of working on heavy industrial sites

- Plating, Burning and MMA welding experience
