Role: Site Manager
Location: Burton on Trent

Duration: Permanent
Hours: 45-50hrs/week Mon-Fri
Salary: £45-50k per annum + overtime + van, laptop, phone
The Role:
Due to recent major industrial construction and maintenance project wins, our client is looking to recruit an additional Site Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be with a leading principal contractor and duties will include:
Managing all aspects of the CDM programme on site
Delivering the project within timescales and budgets
Responsibility for permits and RAMS
Ensuring work is delivered within health and safety guidelines
Effectively communicating with client and internal stakeholders
Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
Attending and running site meetings
Managing site inductions
Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
CSCS black card / SMSTS
Experience working for principal contractors on industrial construction / maintenance projects
Relevant IT skills including the use of company software packages.
Excellent communication, organisation, planning, problem solving and team work skills
