6 x Coded Welders - Leamington

Position: Coded Welders (Structural) – ISO 9606 136 & 138

Location:  Leamington Spa / Kenilworth
Start Date: April 2026
Duration: 3 Months
Positions Available: 6

PAYE Rates (Days – Monday to Friday)

First 40 Hours (Mon–Fri)
£24.15 per hour + £2.91 holiday pay = £27.06 per hour

Over 40 Hours + Saturday/Sunday
£30.18 per hour + £3.63 holiday pay = £33.81 per hour

Lodge Allowance:
£60.00 per day worked (if residing over 50 miles from site)

Hours:
55–70 hours per week (Monday to Sunday available)

The Role

We are recruiting 6 experienced Coded Structural Welders for a major infrastructure project based near Leamington Spa / Kenilworth.

This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile, fast-paced project. Welders will be required to carry out heavy structural steel welding on plate thicknesses up to 100mm, with 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT).

All welding will be carried out using:

• 136 – MAG (Flux Core)

• 138 – Flux Core

High standards of workmanship and adherence to site safety procedures are essential due to the nature of the project.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card or CCNSG

• Current or previously coded in ISO 9606 – 136 & 138 (all positions)

• Proven experience welding heavy structural steel (up to 100mm plate)

• Experience working to UT standards (100% testing environment)

• Safety Critical Medical (Preferred but not essential)
