About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual to drive marketing strategy, content creation, and community engagement for a dynamic real estate professional. This role blends elements of growth marketing, content management, community engagement, and advertising. Youll be responsible for enhancing brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, and managing real-time content creation. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Actively manage and monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including messages, notifications, and engagement
  • Coordinate and upload real estate listings (Just Listed, Coming Soon, In Escrow, Closed, etc.) across platforms
  • Track and update the status of property listings in internal databases and marketing materials (e.g., sold, in escrow, available)
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure listings are removed or updated in a timely manner once sold or status changes
  • Execute and oversee daily content creation (stories, posts, videos, reels) aligned with brand tone and daily activities
  • Manage community engagement and audience interaction to foster relationships and increase engagement
  • Collaborate with video editors and content creators to enhance digital presence
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads) and track performance metrics
  • Review and manage ongoing ad campaigns, providing insights and reporting on performance
  • Plan and execute weekly and bi-weekly content themes (e.g., This or That stories, Podcast Club, Tips, Real Estate Group Content)
  • Ensure timely creation and promotion of Open House events; post events on Facebook groups and relevant channels
  • Stay in sync with the schedule and real-time needs, providing flexible support for on-the-go content creation

Requirements:

  • English (advanced)
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management (real estate industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (Asana is a plus)
  • Experience with Meta Ads and performance tracking
  • Video editing or coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking marketing performance
  • Available to work from 7:00 AM Mexico Time
  • Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

Salary:

$16,000 - $18,000 MXN
