Job Overview
We are seeking experienced DevOps Lead Engineers to join a dynamic technology team driving innovation and efficiency. This role focuses on enhancing cloud infrastructure, optimizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and enabling rapid product testing and deployment. You will play a key role in implementing automation, ensuring security, and supporting development teams with robust platform engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve Azure cloud infrastructure with automation and reliability.
  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with a focus on consistency and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams for planning and execution.
  • Define and enforce engineering security guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, communicating effectively with senior team members.
  • Manage tasks independently while aligning with broader business goals.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of database management and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Experience with containers (Kubernetes), service mesh, and orchestration tools.
  • Proficiency in Azure Platform Engineering and YAML pipelines.
  • Solid grasp of DevOps principles and SDLC best practices.
  • Competence in scripting tools (Azure CLI, Bash, PowerShell).

Knowledge & Experience

  • Hands-on enterprise experience with Azure.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Advanced scripting and command-line proficiency.
  • Relevant IT/Technology degree or equivalent qualification.
